Jammu - At least 13 people were killed and 60 injured when a bomb exploded near a school in the commercial district of Jammu, the winter capital of Kashmir. olice said a powerful bomb had been planted in a scooter parked outside the state-run school. "The explosion sparked off a stampede," a bystander said. AF
