Whitewater charges

Little Rock - A federal court panel returned indictments yesterday against a former real estate partner of President Bill Clinton, James McDougal; his ex-wife, Susan, and Governor Jim Guy Tucker of Arkansas. The indictment in the complex case known as Whitewater, contained numerous charges including wire, mail and bank fraud, and conspiracy. AP
