JOHANNESBURG - The Inkatha Freedom Party decided yesterday to boycott South Africa's first multi-racial election and pledged to work towards its cancellation. It became the second group in the opposition Freedom Alliance formally to reject the 26-28 April election set up in talks spearheaded by the government and the African National Congress.
