An Iraqi opposition group said President Saddam Hussein's government had arrested 210 military officers, retired officers and civilians after an alleged coup plot, Reuter reports from London. Saad Jabr, of the London-based Free Iraq Council, said those arrested came from around President Saddam's home powerbase of Takrit, 100 miles from Baghdad.
