Iraq accused the Clinton administration yesterday of seeking confrontation, following a US air strike on the north of the country, AFP reports from Baghdad. Three soldiers were wounded in the missile attack on Sunday on an anti-aircraft battery south of Mosul, according to a Foreign Ministry spokesman, who condemned 'this new hostile and provocative action'.
