All plutonium or highly enriched uranium that could be used to manufacture nuclear weapons has now been removed from Iraq, the International Atomic Energy Agency said yesterday, AP reports from Vienna. The removal was completed on 12 February, when a consignment of irradiated nuclear fuel containing highly enriched uranium was flown from Iraq to Russia, the agency said.
