BAGHDAD (AFP) - Iraq insisted yesterday it was respecting its unilateral ceasefire with the Clinton administration and lashed out at Washington for its 'unjustified' air strike in the northern no-fly zone on Friday. 'If Iraq had wanted to change its position on this subject, it would have announced it at the highest level,' a Foreign Ministry spokesman said. He denied as 'groundless' Pentagon reports that Iraqi anti-aircraft batteries had fired on US warplanes.
