BAGHDAD (Reuter) - A car-bomb exploded in Irbil, a Kurdish-held city in northern Iraq, killing at least 10 people and wounding many more on Friday, relief agency sources said. In Ankara, a Kurdish official said that eight people were killed and 120 wounded in the explosion.
