President Bill Clinton will receive the degree of Doctor of Civil Law by Diploma from Oxford University on 8 June, during a visit to Britain for the D-Day 50th anniversay celebrations, Reuter reports from Oxford. He studied politics as a Rhodes Scholar at University College from 1968 to 1970, but left to study law in the United States without completing his degree.
