Japan's new PM selects cabinet

CommentsPrime Minister Tsutomu Hata formed a coalition cabinet handing most posts in Japan's first minority government since 1955 to his own Shinseito (Renewal Party), Reuter reports from Tokyo. The post of foreign minister went to Koji Kakizawa, head of the new Jiyuto (Liberals).
