SAN FRANCISCO (Reuter) - A Japanese exchange student was in a critical condition in hospital after being found shot in the head. Masakazu Kuriyama, 25, was found near a railway station 30 miles east of San Francisco. The killing of a Japanese exchange student in Louisiana last year after he knocked at a door while looking for a Halloween party enraged Japanese opinion.
