JERUSALEM - A Jewish settler shot dead a Palestinian youth who was throwing stones at a settlement in the Gaza Strip yesterday, Reuter reports. The settler opened fire at stone-throwing youths near the settlement of Neve Dekalim, killing Ahmed Ibrahim Dabash, 16.
