Zagreb - Bosnian army and Croatian commanders yesterday signed an agreement to forge a joint federal Bosnian army. The agreement, signed in Split, is part of a US-brokered effort to build a Muslim-Croatian federation in Bosnia. The UN Secretary-General, Boutros Boutros-Ghali, proposed that the number of UN troops in Bosnia be nearly doubled. There were reports of attacks on Maglaj, Srebrenica and Bihac. Agencies
