A judge has given a grand jury another week to decide whether to indict the ex-husband of the skater Tonya Harding, amid reports he is ready to implicate her in the attack on her rival, Nancy Kerrigan, Reuter reports from Portland, Oregon. The jury must decide by 3 February whether to indict Jeff Gillooly, who is charged with conspiracy in the attack on Ms Kerrigan.
