Armenian leaders in the breakaway Azerbaijani enclave of Nagorny-Karabakh agreed to a peace plan for the disputed territory put forward by the 53-nation Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe, which they had been resisting for weeks, AFP reports from Yerevan.
The change of mind came after the president of the local parliament, Georgi Petrossian, resigned and was replaced by his deputy, Karen Baburian.
