An explosion and fire tore through an Indian army camp in violence-torn Kashmir state yesterday, killing 15 soldiers, Reuter reports from Srinagar. An army spokesman said the blast in the state summer capital of Srinagar occurred while officers were inspecting weapons and explosives captured from Muslim separatists.
