Srinigar (Reuter) - Indian troops killed a Kashmiri rebel leader, Altaf Ahmed Qureshi, chief of the Ikhwan-ul-Muslimeen, after sealing off an area where more than 250 Kashmiri militants were meeting, police said yesterday.
