Phnom Penh - Khmer Rouge insurgents killed three Vietnamese hostages and moved three Westerners to a jungle base after an attack on a train in southern Cambodia in which 10 other passengers died, writes Terry McCarthy. One of the Westerners was said by a guest- house manager and fellow travellers to be British, but Pich Kimsreang, director of the railways, said there were also reports that two of the men were American and the third French.
