Kidnappers who stormed the Nicaraguan embassy in Costa Rica on 8 March freed the last of their 25 hostages unharmed early yesterday in return for a ransom and safe passage, Reuter reports from San Jose. The remaining 10 hostages were released after the kidnappers and Nicaraguan government negotiators agreed on an unspecified ransom and safe passage out of Costa Rica.
