Los Angeles - The police department has fired the last of the four white officers captured on videotape as they beat Rodney King. Theodore Briseno was sacked a month after a disciplinary panel decided he had used excessive force when he kicked Mr King, a black motorist stopped after a chase in March 1991. Mr Briseno was acquitted of state and federal charges.
