MUNSTER (Reuter) - The new leader of Germany's Free Democrats, Klaus Kinkel, urged his party to back economic austerity and citizenship for foreigners living in Germany. Making his first full policy speech since his election on Friday, Mr Kinkel denounced neo-Nazis as being 'blinded by beer and swastikas', and said Bonn must respond to racist violence by quickly integrating all long-settled foreigners.
