A crowded Korean passenger train toppled off caved-in tracks yesterday, killing 67 people and injuring 120, police and local news reports said, AP reports from Seoul. The collapse of rain-soaked ground under the tracks followed blasting work in the area to lay underground electric cables. The train was reported to be carrying about 700 people, some 200 more than its seating capacity.
