Russian security officials have summoned a US reporter for questioning about a story he wrote on Russia's chemical weapons program, AP reports from Moscow. Will Englund of the Baltimore Sun said he was told to appear at Lefortovo Prison today to discuss the story, which was was based partly on information from a Russian journalist who has been charged with disclosing state secrets.
