The owner of Cairo's 'Skyscraper of Death' - a jerry- built apartment block that killed 67 people in last October's earthquake - has been jailed for 10 years, Reuter reports from Cairo.

The tower collapsed to a heap of rubble, accounting for a substantial portion of the earthquake's 550 dead.
