Jean-Marie Le Pen, leader of France's extreme-right National Front, was stranded at Corfu airport by about 1,000 demonstrators protesting at his presence on Greek soil, Reuter reports from Corfu. They blocked the exits to stop Le Pen from attending a three-day congress of European right-wing parties.
