Kuala Lumpur - The Malaysian Elections Commission announced the dates for snap general elections - 24 and 25 April - and immediately drew protests from opposition leaders. The chosen dates are working days, which the opposition fears will affect urban turn-out and leave only the legal minimum campaign time of just 10 days.
