Johannesburg (Reuter) - Nelson Mandela yesterday rejected President F W de Klerk's offer of immediate talks to get democracy negotiations back on track. He said the President's response on Thursday to ANC conditions for renewed talks was riddled with inaccuracies, distortions and propaganda.
