A 63-year-old Cincinnati grandmother was found guilty of obstructing official business by putting coins in expired parking meters in a random act of kindness.
"I'm disappointed," an unrepentant Sylvia Stayton said after the court ruling in Hamilton, Cincinnati. "We're all here to help one another. That's why God put us here, and they haven't changed my mind one bit with this verdict."
