Davos - Yasser Arafat and Shimon Peres are to share a platform in a discussion of the Middle East at the World Economic forum today. The PLO chairman is also to meet the Israeli foreign minister privately in an effort to unblock stalled negotiations on Palestinian autonomy in Jericho and Gaza strip.
