The UN nuclear agency chief will visit Tehran tomorrow to sign a deal allowing his organisation to resume probing Iran's disputed nuclear programme.
Diplomats said the visit by Yukiya Amano would allow both sides to agree an accord outlining access to sites, information and officials it seeks for the International Atomic Energy Agency's investigation.
