A civilian court sentenced Abul Ela Abd Rabbo, an Islamic militant, to 15 years' hard labour and gave two others, who are on the run, 10-year terms in absentia for their role in the murder of the Egyptian writer, Farag Foda, AFP reports from Cairo.
