Militants 'target Cairo embassies'
CAIRO (Reuter) - Egyptian security forces have arrested a group of Muslim militants who planned to attack foreign embassies in Cairo, security sources said. The arrests in the past few days are the latest indication that Muslim fundamentalists are moving their armed stuggle for an Islamic state from known strongholds in upper Egypt to the heart of the Egyptian capital. The sources said about 20 militants had a list of foreign embassies they were targeting. The names of the embassies were not released.
