The Manila city government lodged criminal charges against this year's Miss Mauritius, Viveka Babajee, and former Miss Philippines Ruffa Gutierrez in connection with a film awards swindle, AFP reports from Manila. Five other Philippine movie insiders were also accused of conspiring to switch the real winners of last week's Manila Film Festival.
