DAMASCUS (Reuter) - Arab foreign ministers ended talks yesterday by endorsing a new round of peace talks with Israel, Farouq al-Shara, the Syrian Foreign Minister, said. The talks are to take place next month in Washington, rather than Rome, the Italian Foreign Ministry has learned from James Baker, the US Secretary of State.
