Moscow - Russia's security service has caught Ilya Konstantinov, a hard-line deputy and the country's most-wanted man for his part in the Moscow uprising earlier this month, writes Julian Nundy. The Security Ministry said Mr Konstantinov was arrested on Friday and put up no resistance. Mr Konstantinov was a member of the now banned National Salvation Front. The ministry said he was being held in Lefortovo prison where other rebel leaders were charged on Friday with organising mass disturbances.
