Record numbers of tourists are flocking to My Lai, the commune in Son My village where US troops killed at least 175 Vietnamese during the Vietnam War, Reuter reports from Hanoi. Since the 25th anniversary of the massacre a year ago, over 7,000 people have visited Son My, the Vietnam News Agency said.
