MIDDLEBURY, VERMONT (Reuter) - A battle over a nine-month-old boy was settled with 'baby Pete' adding on the name of his biological father but remaining in the custody of his adoptive parents. Daniel Harriman had challenged the adoption by Richard and Donna McDurfee. The court ordered that the baby be named Peter Harriman-McDurfee.
