Paris (Reuter) - France is to attend a meeting of Nato defence ministers in Seville at the end of this month for the first time since it withdrew from the alliance's military command 28 years ago. Officials played down the significance of the move, saying it did not mean Paris would attend all future defence meetings. President Francois Mitterrand had authorised Defence Minister Francois Leotard to attend the meeting 'because the principal question of the day will be Bosnia', a spokesman for Mr Mitterrand said.
