Nigeria's military government yesterday brought charges of treason against two senators arrested last week after they called for an end to military rule, court officials said, Reuter reports from Lagos. The former senate president, Ameh Ebute, and his colleague, Polycarp Nwite, were arraigned before a Lagos high court.
