Srinagar (Reuter) - India's paramilitary Border Security Force opened fire on a bus in northern Jammu and Kashmir state, killing at least nine passengers, police and witnesses said yesterday. They said the BSF men attacked the bus on Thursday night in Bandipore, 35 miles north of Srinagar.
