North Korea fears anarchy

North Korea faces anarchy because of an acute food shortage, a South Korean newspaper quoted Pyongyang leader Kim Jong-il as saying. Mr Kim held Communist Party and government officials responsible for "a state of anarchy being created because of food problems today", the Chosun Ilbo said. Reuters - Seoul
