North Korea refused to bow to mounting international pressure for rapid inspection of its suspect nuclear sites, Reuter reports from Vienna. The United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency, meeting in Vienna, could only appeal again to Pyonyang to open its facilities to examination without further delay, a spokesman said.
