New York (AFP) - A German tourist was shot in the shoulder while on a sightseeing cruise around Manhattan island. Rolf Bolowski, 31, a postal worker from Hamburg, was wounded on Monday while sitting on the upper deck of the Circle Line ship as it sailed up the Harlem River between Manhattan and the Bronx. Police believe the shot was fired from shore. Mr Bolowski is in a stable condition in hospital.
