The blood type of the former American football star O J Simpson was reported yesterday to match that of blood found at the scene of the murders of his former wife and a male companion, Reuter reports from Los Angeles. Simpson, 46, is widely reported to be the prime suspect in the Sunday night murders. His lawyer on Wednesday maintained his client's innocence.
