Wildlife conservationists expressed shock at reports that poachers had almost wiped out white rhinoceroses in Zimbabwe's main game reserve, AFP reports from Harare. Dick Pitman, of the Zambezi Society, said a survey had found just two white rhinos in Hwange National Park, where up to 70 roamed a year ago.
