The peace negotiator Manuel Camacho ended weeks of speculation by saying he would not run for president in July's elections, AFP reports from Mexico City. Mr Camacho, who headed the government team in talks with Indian-based rebels in the southern state of Chiapas, said he would not be a candidate because he did not want to undermine the peace process.
