Oviedo (AP) - Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat and Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin of Israel were awarded Spain's coverted Prince of Asturias peace prize yesterday for their role in ending decades of conflict in the Middle East. It is considered the Spanish-speaking world's Nobel Prize.
