Peru's PM quits over rights case
The Peruvian Prime Minister, Alfonso Bustamente, has resigned over a human-rights controversy, sources at the president's office said yesterday, Reuter reports from Lima. Mr Bustamente quit over enactment of a law last week that sent a sensitive human-rights case to the military court.
