'Pilot error'
Seoul - Police blamed the crash of a Korean Air jet on the pilot and co-pilot, accusing them of trying to land the plane with too little runway left. All 152 passengers and eight crew survived Wednesday's crash by jumping down an escape chute moments before explosions shook the plane.
The pilot, Barry Edward Woods of Vancouver, and the co-pilot, Chang Chan Kyu of South Korea, were charged with neglect of duty and endangering passengers. AP
