Power cut to North Yemen

Southern Yemeni bombers which struck one of northern Yemen's main power stations knocked out 40 per cent of the electricity supply on the north's main grid, Reuter reports from Sanaa. Sunday's raid on the al-Mukha plant was the south's most successful strike against the north's economic base in the seven-week-old war.
